The Big Event was a community service based project inspired by Texas A&M. This year we kept the event on campus to see what interest there was in the project. We wrote letters to the troops for The Bert Show’s Big Thank you and ended up with a total of 400 letters. We made 120 toiletry bags and 308 PB&J sandwiches for the homeless. Promotional items were given out, as well as free breakfast. It was a successful event, and we look forward to making it even bigger next year!
